Answers to the most common questions about using RelayMe, to help you get started and understand how the platform works.
Credits power the various workflow tasks on the platform and produce the final output. Each run consumes credits dynamically based on the models used, the number of steps, and the parameter configuration.
In workflow-based generation, credit consumption mainly depends on:
• The tier of models used (basic / advanced / professional)
• Workflow complexity (number of steps, multi-model collaboration, or multiple rounds)
• Parameter requirements (precision, context length, output quality, stability, etc.)
• Whether advanced capabilities are enabled (accelerated processing, enhanced understanding, output optimization, etc.)
In short: the more complex the workflow, the higher the model tier, and the more demanding the parameters, the more credits are required.
Monthly plan credits: credits from a monthly subscription are valid within the current billing cycle and reset automatically on the next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.
Annual plan credits: credits from an annual subscription are allotted monthly. Each month’s credits are valid only within that monthly cycle and reset at the start of the next. Unused credits do not accumulate.
Top-up credits: these never expire and remain in your account until used.
If you need more credits, you can upgrade your plan to raise your monthly allowance, or top up separately to generate more without changing your current subscription. Purchased credits arrive instantly and work across all supported models.
Once you have an active subscription, you can upgrade anytime by paying the difference. If the upgrade option is unavailable, purchase a higher-tier plan first and then contact support@relayme.ai for a refund.
