Service Agreement

1. Account Registration and Management

1. You must ensure that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete, and update it promptly when it changes.

2. Your account and login credentials are for use only by you or your authorized persons. Please keep them safe and do not rent, transfer, or otherwise provide them to unauthorized third parties.

3. Any loss caused by your failure to safeguard your account or password shall, in principle, be borne by you.

2. Service Activation and Usage Restrictions

When using the service, you should observe the following principles (illustrative):

• You must not exceed the agreed usage quota or rate limits (e.g. QPS, token counts);
• You must not use the platform’s APIs or model outputs for illegal activities;
• You must not send large volumes of automated requests that cause abnormal system load, unless you have our prior written consent;
• You must not attempt to bypass billing or security mechanisms.

3. Fees and Billing

1. The service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis or under another plan agreed between you and us; the actual prices and billing methods are subject to official announcements or a written agreement between the parties.

2. You shall pay all fees due according to the agreed payment method and schedule. If you are overdue, we may suspend or terminate the service depending on the circumstances.

3. For services already provided, no refund is offered in principle unless expressly agreed otherwise by the platform (specific refund rules may be separately agreed in the Refund Policy).

4. Service Interruption and Maintenance

We may temporarily suspend or restrict all or part of the service for system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, or other reasonable causes. We will make reasonable efforts to announce this in advance or notify you by other means, but in emergencies prior notice may not be possible.

5. Breach and Termination

In any of the following situations, we may suspend or terminate the service to you as appropriate:

• You seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or the related policies;
• You engage in illegal or high-risk activities that may harm the rights of the platform or third parties;
• You have long-overdue fees and fail to settle them after reasonable demand;
• Other circumstances where service must be terminated as required by applicable law or competent authorities.

6. Miscellaneous

Matters not covered herein may be supplemented by the parties through supplementary agreements, product descriptions, announcements, or other means, which shall form part of these Terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and a supplementary agreement, the most recently signed or expressly agreed document prevails.
