The two image models most often shortlisted for product photos and campaign visuals. This page compares per-image credits, 4K and reference-image limits using RelayMe’s live prices.
At standard prices GPT Image is slightly cheaper at 1K (200 vs 220 credits per image), while Nano Banana Pro is cheaper at 2K (220 vs 350) and 4K (400 vs 600). On RelayMe’s special-offer channel both drop to 100 credits at 1K/2K, and 4K on offer is 100 credits for GPT Image against 200 for Nano Banana Pro. Both export 1K / 2K / 4K and accept reference images; Nano Banana Pro takes up to 14.

For 100 product images at 2K: Nano Banana Pro is 22,000 credits at standard price (about US$22) and GPT Image is 35,000 credits (about US$35); on the special-offer channel both are 10,000 credits. In our August 2026 run, the product image that seeded a video ad cost 20 credits on the Nano Banana offer.
The tables compare settings and costs, not measured visual quality or speed. In one product-image-to-video run on 2026-08-25, the Nano Banana special channel generated a 1:1 product image for 20 credits in about half a minute. Veo 3.1 Fast then generated a 4-second, 720p, 16:9 clip with audio for 600 credits in about a minute. The total was 620 credits. This is one historical observation, not a current quote or a cross-model performance result.
Read the workflow and test context
For your own comparison, keep inputs and prompts fixed and record the model, channel, settings, date, actual credits and elapsed time. Evaluate cost calculations separately from generated results.
Feed the same product photo and prompt into a Nano Banana Pro node and a GPT Image node, run once, and both results appear side by side in the task history with their credit cost. Connect the winner to a video node and you have a complete image-to-video chain.

RelayMe also lists Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) at 260 credits for 1K/2K and 450 for 4K.
Run one representative product photo through both nodes first and see which is closer to your studio look, then commit the batch. For plain listing images prioritise cost (the Nano Banana offer); for key visuals that must stay consistent across images prioritise the reference limit (Nano Banana Pro).
